Training shouldn’t feel disconnected from real life.

And yet, most training never makes it past the conference room.

I didn’t come into real estate through a training pipeline. I built my business in a town I had just moved to, with no built-in network and no easy way in. Most of what I learned came from trying things in real life, watching what actually worked, and adjusting fast when it didn’t. Over time, I saw the same pattern play out in rooms full of motivated agents. Great ideas land. Energy is high. Then Monday shows up and nothing changes.

I care about what happens after the room clears out. As a KWU Certified Trainer, I focus on helping agents and Market Centers translate good ideas into simple language and repeatable behaviors they can actually use back in their business. Training should create momentum, not more notes that never turn into action.
