If you’re here, chances are you’re a small business owner — me too! Over the years I’ve built multiple businesses: I ran an apparel company for 5 years, created a successful artisan night market, and today I co-own Good Game Arcade in downtown Winchester, TN. I also flip houses and run a handful of other small businesses with my partner — basically, we’re serial entrepreneurs who love building things from the ground up.

Outside of work, life is beautifully chaotic with 4 energetic kids and lots of adventures across Middle Tennessee.

And because I can’t help myself, I’m always learning and growing. I hold two BS degrees (Biology and Business Management — quite the combo!) and love blending creativity with strategy to help other small business owners thrive.

Rachel is a creative entrepreneur who sees patterns, algorithms, and new ideas everywhere, and loves turning them into fresh ways for businesses to show up online. She knows the struggle of balancing creativity and marketing with the hustle of everyday business, and she helps entrepreneurs and agents cut through the noise with strategies that bring both clarity and personality.

Through real estate, coaching, and Happy Go Social, Rachel guides people to show up with confidence on and off camera in ways they never thought possible. She believes marketing should feel authentic, creative, and doable, even in the middle of a busy life.

Rachel is a wife, homeschool mom of two, and a real estate agent who knows firsthand what it takes to juggle family, business, and big ideas with heart.

  • Nope! We can assist any business in the US (& probably overseas, we just haven’t done that before). We are used to helping clients remotely, and we ae happy to help your business grow, whether we get to visit it or not!

  • Yes! We use a software that connects to all of your accounts that we are posting to (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google) that allows us to send approvals. All posts are approved before they go out to the world. If something needs changed, you simply leave a comment requesting the change!

  • We have set packages for each type of service we offer. Things like website builds & branding packages are a one time fee, while social media management is paid monthly.

  • The short answer? A quality social media presence builds trust, credibility, and an army of dedicated fans & customers.
